Palazzo Veneziano - Venice Collection

During our family vacation in Venice, we stayed at a hotel near many attractions and water bus stations. The staff was incredibly helpful and the room was beautifully decorated with the added bonus of mood lighting in the bathroom. Although the sofa bed was not as comfy as the main beds, the breakfast spread was fantastic with high-quality choices.

The staff at this hotel were all so friendly and helpful, making our stay extremely pleasant. the breakfasts had a great variety of everything - from fruit to cereals, bread, eggs, coffee, tea. the location turned out to be better than we first thought; a nice 20-minute walk to St Mark's Square, away from the crowded tourist areas, allowing us to explore the real Venice and discover some amazing local restaurants in the backstreets.

One thing that could be improved is the cover on the bed - a comforter as the only option might be too hot for some guests. It would be nice to have a lighter alternative available for those who prefer a cooler option during the night.

Oh my goshh 😍, the room was excellent with a breathtaking canal view! the staff were super helpful and friendly 👏. The breakfast was great too. Only downside was noise from outside.

The only downside was the room size, a bit smaller than expected, but it didn't bother us much as we were out exploring most of the time. I would ask for better signage and lighting to assist senior guests in navigating the dimly lit areas at night.

The location of the hotel couldn't be better. It is situated near two convenient boat stops making transportation in the city a breeze. the hotel is close to all of the main attractions but far enough away from the crowds. The room and bathroom were clean and modern, which made our stay very comfortable. The service from the staff was excellent, they were always available to help us with any needs that we had. The breakfast had a wide range of selection every morning including delicious sausages and bacon. Lastly, the view from the room was breathtaking, one of the best we have ever seen.

The hotel lacked information about the surrounding area upon arrival, which would have been a helpful addition to the stay.

I chose this hotel for a business forum as it offers 646 square feet of space consisting of conference space and a meeting room. The staff provided exceptional service, making my stay comfortable and productive. The location is convenient, and the modern, clean room met all my needs.

The staff was mad chill and always looked out for us. Plus, the room was sick - spacious and clean, with all the chill amenities we needed. The location was on point too, close to dope water bus stops and hype restaurants.

If there was one thing that could level up the vibes, it would be having a chill rooftop hangout spot for us to kick back and vibe out after a long day of exploring. Just a little extra space to chill and take in the views would have taken our trip to the next level.
